Return Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. 

We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. 

Once a product has left the warehouse, store we cannot accept it back and
give a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 days of receiving it for a full refund. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns after 5 days but up to 14 days are subject to a USD $30.00 restocking fee. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Some items are not able to be returned including:

  • Clearance items or discontinued items
  • Items with broken product seals
  • Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty

  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused

  • Custom order or drop ship special order items which include all pedicure spas and furniture

  • Nail polish, powder, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits, soak off machine or used acrylic and liquid.
